At Consstruct, we believe in motivating talented young people and giving them the best possible job opportunities, and in doing so, we ensure that campus recruitment drives are an integral part of our overall recruitment activities.
Considering the dramatic changes in the job market as a result of the pandemic, we believe that our Campus Recruitment Drives will encourage the current batch of graduates to find employment. We believe that our recruitment campaigns will provide hope and a fresh start for students who have been affected by the pandemic.
On the 17th of June 2022, Consstruct was invited to organise the campus placement drive at the Don Bosco College of Engineering in Fatorda. The talk was attended by a crowd of a number of zealous 3rd and 4th year Civil Engineering students. While in conversation with Nikhil Chinchawade, a final year civil engineering student, he said, “A lot of my classmates in civil, have opted for this course because their families have businesses in the field. For those of us who don’t have family businesses, these placement drives are especially helpful to us. It gives us a platform to show companies that we have great potential and talent.”
Rhys Pereira, our project manager along with Team Lead, Vianney, and engineers Ray and Anushuka, spoke about what Consstruct does and the company and the culture we inculcate among our colleagues.
On hearing about the unique job profile and the dynamic culture of our company the number of students applying for the interviews doubled. Berny Dias a 4th-year student had this to say about the company ” On hearing about the company and job profile I was very intrigued because most of the companies here in Goa offer site jobs and not everyone wants to work on the site.” The talk was followed by a quiz to gauge the aptitude of the students and was then concluded with the initial interviews.
We came across a few students that really appealed to us and would definitely help the company in the long run. Mrs. Avila Naik, Assistant Professor in conversation with Ray said, ” I loved the presentation and the way the entire team conducted themselves, and I hope we can go a long way with Consstruct. It is very motivating for the students to see their seniors do well at a company and it was a pleasure to hear you speak about your experiences and to see some of you grow so much in such a short time. “
