Rhys Pereira, our project manager and one of our brains leading the campus placement drives across Goa says; “our strategy is multifold, not only do we want to mold the next leaders in the engineering industry, we also want to increase our employee count as well as create a good rapport with some of the biggest engineering colleges in the country.
In the last year, some of our best colleagues have come through these drives courtesy. One such success is one of our engineers – Pranav, who was part of the placement drive last year at GEC. This year’s placement drive at GEC was not only a proud moment not only for Consstruct but for Pranav, as well.
According to him; ‘life at GEC was the most amazing four years of my life, then I joined Consstruct as an engineer courtesy of the placement drive last year, however, the cherry on top was the fact that this year I was not only a part of the selection team but I also got to give a speech as well as present my company at the placement drive’.
