Recently, on April 11th, 2023, we organised a campus placement drive at Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda. Civil Engineering students from all across Goa and the students of Goa Engineering College were invited to attend.
During the placement drive, the students were given a test to see how well they performed on questions based on current scenarios in Goa. We were delighted to receive a number of intelligent responses, making the decision of whom to pick for our company a tough one.
While interacting with the students in the interviews, we came across a lot of them who were keen to learn how we operate and function at our company. They were inspired to know that we could create an impact in the real world, someplace thousands of miles away just by sitting at our homes and providing innovative solutions to the problems faced by companies abroad.
At Consstruct, our managers and senior staff are more like mentors, especially Judah, our Founder, and Rhys, our Operations Manager. They always seek to bring the best out of us at each step of the way. As budding engineers, we strive to keep them in the highest of regards as they help us develop both a professional and ethical mindset, and make sure our personal growth goes hand in hand with our professionalism.
We were able to spot some gems amongst the many and were extremely glad that we came across students that imbibed the same ethos we strive to achieve at Consstruct. It gave us a sense of appreciation towards the guidance given and the arduous efforts being put in by our Engineering Institutes in Goa to produce such brilliant minds.
In conclusion, we at Consstruct are dedicated to providing opportunities for young and talented Civil Engineers in Goa. We believe in nurturing and developing our employees both professionally and personally and encourage them to uphold certain values that will make them great leaders in the future.
