Consstruct was founded on a straightforward but powerful idea: that access to excellent engineering talent shouldn't be limited by geography or budget. We set out to build a better model — one that gives construction and engineering firms around the world access to the expertise they need, when they need it, at a cost that makes sense.
Civil engineering has always been global in its impact. The infrastructure we build connects communities, drives economies, and shapes the places people live and work. But for too long, access to the talent needed to deliver that work has remained stubbornly local.
Consstruct was created to change that. We saw an opportunity to build a new kind of engineering services firm — one that leverages the global talent pool, the power of remote collaboration, and a rigorous approach to quality to deliver something genuinely different.
Since our founding, we've grown our network to include hundreds of pre-vetted engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and technical specialists, supporting projects across more than 15 countries.
